Extract yourself from the chaos of a high-conflict situations by becoming a Conflict Influencer.

If you're exhausted, stuck and don't know how to move forward (or whether you can move forward), you'll learn how to get unstuck. High-conflict usually involves:

The Leader

Christine Schwark is a Human Resources professional, emotional health practitioner, and conflict coach dedicated to helping individuals and leaders navigate high‑conflict dynamics with clarity and confidence by bridging practical skills and tools with compassionate, research‑informed approaches to human behaviour.

Christine specializes in guiding people through challenging conversations, entrenched disputes, and emotionally charged situations. Her work focuses on building self‑awareness, strengthening communication skills, and fostering psychologically safe environments where conflict can be transformed into opportunity for connection and lead to productive outcomes.

Through coaching, facilitation, and leadership, Christine empowers others to influence high‑conflict behaviours—whether in professional teams, personal relationships, or complex organizational settings—by cultivating resilience, empathy, and strategic communication.

Dates: The class will begin Tuesday March 31st and go for 6 consecutive weeks meeting on Tuesdays:

Cost

$250 per person USD

Individual Registration Required 

Registration is required for each person attending the training. Our live sessions are interactive and trainers rely on accurate attendance to manage participation and discussions. Each registration includes individual access to materials and on-demand content. If multiple people plan to attend, each participant must register separately.

This class ISN'T

• an on-demand pre-recorded course 
• a place to vent
• an antidote to parental alienation in whole, but perhaps you can gain some relief and skills

This class IS

• a place to learn 4+ effective skills for handling high-conflict interactions
• a place to learn to influence conflict to free up time and space in your life for other things
• a place to hear from others in similar situations (high conflict presents the same everywhere) and gain from their questions and experiences
• half lecture/presentation and half Q&A and application to your situation (and some practice)
• a place of confidentiality and community

No, due to the confidential nature of our discussions the sessions will not be recorded.

Who can become a Conflict Influencer?

This group is for anyone (age 18 or above) dealing with any type of high-conflict issue, even if it's just a hard conversation that you have to engage in, or the overwhelmingness of living daily life with someone who may have a high conflict personality.
