60-Minute Mediation

A confidential 60-minute mediation.

Megan Hunter, MBA, will facilitate a confidential, one-hour online mediation for parties involved in high-conflict or potentially high-conflict disputes. Sessions are conducted securely via Zoom video conferencing, allowing participants to attend from any location while maintaining a professional, private environment.

This mediation uses the New Ways for Mediation® method, created by Bill Eddy, LCSW, Esq., of the High Conflict Institute—a structured, proposal-focused approach designed specifically to guide participants toward practical, forward-focused solutions while reducing unproductive conflict.

Confidentiality & Professional Standards
All sessions are conducted in strict confidence. Zoom meetings are hosted in secure, password-protected rooms, and no recordings will be made by the mediator. Parties are expected to maintain the confidentiality of all communications and proposals exchanged during the mediation. The mediator serves as a neutral facilitator and does not provide legal advice. Participants are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel regarding any rights, obligations, or agreements arising from the process.

Structure & Outcomes

  • Duration: 1-hour session (additional sessions available as needed and may be purchased separately).

  • Format: Conducted entirely via Zoom, with a guided, proposal-based dialogue focused on mutually acceptable solutions, without dwelling on past grievances.

  • Agreement: A written mediation agreement, reflecting any mutually accepted proposals, will be provided to the parties following the conclusion of the mediation session(s).

Disclaimer
Participation in mediation is voluntary, and the mediator cannot guarantee resolution. Any agreement reached by the parties is binding only to the extent set forth in the signed written agreement. The mediator is not responsible for enforcement of the agreement, and parties are advised to consult legal counsel for enforceability and compliance matters.

We will contact you to schedule a time for your mediation and provide the Zoom link after you checkout.
